Madison is a licensed social worker and trauma-informed therapist specializing in eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. With prior experience as a Clinical Assessor at The Renfrew Center, where she worked through a Health at Every Size (HAES) lens, Madison supports clients in strengthening their ability to manage emotions, quiet the eating disorder voice, and connect more fully to their own values and goals.
At Metro, Madison will be available to provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients build effective coping strategies and move toward lives worth living.
