LCSW Intensive Outpatient Program Coordinator
Heather Oros Nano, LCSW provides individual Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to adolescents and adults. She earned her Master of Social Work from Columbia University, where she completed the DBT Intensive Training Program. Heather has advanced training in DBT, Radically Open DBT (RO DBT), CBT, ACT, exposure therapy, motivational interviewing, and suicide risk assessment. She completed her DBT internship at Silver Hill Hospital and previously worked as a primary therapist at the Institute for Family Health, providing integrated behavioral health care across the lifespan. Heather specializes in treating emotion dysregulation, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, OCD, and perfectionism, and is passionate about helping clients build meaningful, connected lives through compassionate, evidence-based care. As a certified yoga instructor, she brings her appreciation for mindfulness, movement, and the outdoors into her therapeutic approach.
