A graduate of Columbia University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Alyssa completed a yearlong training through Columbia University’s DBT Intensive Training Program and was intensively trained in DBT through Behavioral Tech, LLC. During her training at Columbia, Alyssa gained experience providing comprehensive DBT to adults and adolescents at Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, Connecticut. She has additional training in DBT for Adolescents, DBT for Substance Use Disorders (SUD), suicide risk assessment, and motivational interviewing.
